Pressure Systems International Recognizes FedEx Freight as Fleet of the Year

San Antonio, TX (December 14, 2010) Pressure Systems International (PSI) has recognized Fed Ex Freight as their Fleet of the Year for the 2nd consecutive time.  Frank Sonzala, Executive Vice President for PSI presented the 2009 award to Dan Umpress, MD Vehicle Solutions, Fed Ex Freight.   FedEx Freight, along with FedEx Ground and FedEx Express, also received the Fleet of the Year designation in 2008.  Sonzala thanked Umphress and FedEx Freight for their continued support “Suppliers to the trailer industry, like PSI, have had a challenging couple of years.  It’s only with the support of fleets like FedEx Freight that the percent of trailers equipped with the Meritor Tire Inflation System (MTIS™) by PSI continues to grow.  MTIS™ is recognized as the leader in this SmartWay recommended technology.”
